EVO accounting services afford the client to focus on the responsibilities of
conducting the core business without having to track and train for the ongoing
updates to accounting policies which are required by law, such as Sarbanes Oxley.

Enron scandal of 2002 prompted a heightened legislative oversight of internal
controls of companies with stockholders. The laws of Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) help
ensure that investors are presented with information to make sound investment
decisions. Our staff has extensive training in SOX compliance. We review
the internal controls of an organization to determine if they provide
"greater accountability by management and boards in the reporting of
financial data".
The
client, therefore, can trust that when necessary, EVO will advise the client of
pending changes and effective dates that will impact the particular client and
the particular products and services. EVO will, at the request of the
client, represent the client in business meetings, in staff meetings, budget
meetings or in compliance meetings.
Financial
EVO is sensitive to the variety of strategies that exist to generate capital to
run the business and to provide growth for the business and so has established a
network of bankers and other lending institutions, real estate brokers, stock
brokers, and insurance agents to allow for financial solutions unique to the
particular client. EVO does not just provide charts and point the client

Recovery
Audits
EVO conducts audits for our clients to recover funds resulting from
overpayments, duplicate payments and underpayments. The success of these
services depends on the experience of the auditors, who must have a thorough
understanding of accounting procedures, factors that relate to human errors, and
methods of intentional misuse of resources. With EVO, the client can feel
comfortable that a fair search and analysis will be conducted to ensure that the
client maximizes all the benefits and profits that are fairly due to the

Tax Preparation services
for personal accounts and business accounts. Pricing for these services
vary according to the complexity of the clients raw data and category of filings
the client wants to submit to the IRS. EVO will counsel each client to
make them aware of their options and provide updates on rulings that have been
made by the IRS. EVO will also calculate alternative scenarios to allow
the client to select the one, which best addresses, the client's tax liabilities
and his filing rationale.
